Happy Valentine’s Day Message💝February 14th
Perfect love cast out fear?
Does it really?
Does perfect love really cast out fear?
How powerful does your love have to be to cast out fear?
Or is it because your love is backed up by God’s love?
How heavy is God’s love⁉️
The word-Perfect means Mature. Your love has been made perfect or mature in God’s love.
Before we begin, I want you to ask yourself some questions.
1. Why are we afraid of God’s love?
2. Is it people that you’re afraid of? 3. Or are you afraid of you?
4. Is the devil making us afraid of God; like deceiving you into thinking that God is scary?
5. What keeps you from drawing near to God?
6. How many times have you heard God loves❤️you; For God so loved; John 3:16; yet we shrink back, why?
7. Why do we not believe God?
8. The preacher did his best to communicate the love of God, why do we not believe him?
9. Is it that we don’t want a relationship with God, why?
10. Is preaching more important than spending time in prayer?
11. Do you have to have a revelation from God, to understand how much He loves you?
This is the secret most people will never get. That God is head over heels🥰in love with you🥰
Maybe, answering these questions, will bring clarity to 1 John 4:18; which says; There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
12. If there’s no fear in God’s love, why are you afraid😱of Him?
13. Who taught you to be afraid; does not the Bible says to come boldly; Hebrews 4:16.
14. Are you confusing fear with reverence for God?
What’s the difference? One has to do with deep respect or…
…REVERENCE for God;
Psalm 89:5-18; Proverbs 1:7, 29: 3:5-9; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Ephesians 5:21; 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13; 1 Peter 2:13-14; 3:15; Leviticus 19:30; Numbers 20:6; Judges 13:20; 1 Chronicles 21:16;
Hebrews 12:28.
And the other Fear;
“A feeling of dread or terror in anticipation of evil or danger; and do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell;” Matthew 10:28.
That’s the only thing you have to be afraid of when it comes to God: that He can destroy both soul and body in hell. This is for sinners, not for Christians, who have repented of their sins before God and have asked Jesus to come into their hearts; Romans 10:9-13. And they’re choosing to walk with Holy Spirit; For as many as are led by the spirit of God, these are sons and daughters; Romans 8:14.
But check this out! We have good news! If you call on the name of Jesus to save you, according to Romans 10:9-13, You shall be saved; you have nothing to feel worried or anxious about. You can be at peace with God and with yourself, that you’re doing the right thing.
You can be at peace because you are right with God. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind; 2 Timothy 1:7.
He’s not mad at you; God loves you!
15. So, the question is, if God is not mad at you, then why are you still afraid? Is it all in your mind, or is it real…
… the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God; John 3:16-21.
According to John 3:18-21, is that why you are afraid?😨Is it because you refused to believe?
What is the real reason why you are afraid?
Is it because you don’t know Him, never spent time or make time for God; Matthew 7:21-23?
Doesn’t the Bible say that perfect love casts out fear?
16: Question: If perfect means mature, because your love for God has matured.
Does that mean that you’re afraid because your love for God has not matured? That you are immature in love for God?
The Bible says when I was a child; 1 Corinthians 13:11.
When referring to perfect love, the word “perfect” essentially means “mature,” – signifying a love that is fully developed, complete, and has reached its full potential, often implying a selfless and unconditional kind of love that overcomes fear and insecurity.
Perfect doesn’t necessarily mean flawless, but rather a love that has grown and evolved to a high level of understanding and commitment.
A mature love includes acceptance of the other person’s flaws, prioritizing their well-being, and being able to communicate openly and honestly.
God longs to draw near to you because He wants you to draw near to Him…connect with Him.
17: Why does a man pursue a woman to be his wife? Because why? Now, you understand why God pursued you?
Answer: Because God is hoping that one day, you will turn around and be a God chaser…chase after God.
Selah means to think about it!🤔
This Valentine’s Day, instead of being insecure of God’s love for you. I want you to lean in; lean into God’s love. Asking yourself questions helps you to see where your love needs to grow.
You know how it is between boyfriend and girlfriend Awestruck, a song by B. Reith.
… and then you find yourself Waiting for a Star to Fall, a song by Boy Meets Girl.
Soon after, you begin to feel Philia or friendship love for each other. Then Storge love or family love; then Eros or romantic love for each other and then finally AGAPE love or a selfless unconditional love or the God kind of love for your person.
Spending time together is how your love grows; He who finds a wife; Proverbs 18:22.
This Valentine’s Day, don’t just take or lust, but give…be like your Father in Heaven, for God so loved that He gives; John 3:16.
…what we need today is Heavy Love a song by Mali Music.

Welcome, I'm Karen!
Hello friend! Writing has been my passion since I was nine. Winning my first writing contest at that young age inspired me to keep improving my skills. Fast forward to when I was 22 years old when I experienced a profound spiritual awakening that led me to become a devout Christian. From that point on, I knew that I wanted to use my writing abilities to spread the word of God and positively impact the world.
- Over the past 30 years, I have poured myself into my writing, producing a wide range of content that spans from letters to prisoners and newsletters to newspaper articles, books, and social media posts.
- For the past four years, I have even been contributing to the Churchome App, sharing my thoughts, insights, and experiences with the wider Christian community.
- I am particularly proud of my latest books, "Let's Make Love, Then Cook. It's Not What You Think" and "It's Just Good Housekeeping."
- "Let's Make Love, Then Cook. It's Not What You Think" is about loving God, loving people, and serving people.
- "It's Just Good Housekeeping." is about finding an attractive way to encourage everyone to read their Bible because reading the Bible has an impact on keeping our lives clean and pure.
These books are a testament to my love of writing, as well as my commitment to using that writing to inspire, inform, and entertain people from all walks of life.
