Speak Empowerment
Mental health and mass shootings seem to be dominating the news these days. People are up under some tremendous pressure and stress like never before. I wanted to try to do something about it. So, I created the Adulting Series/The Training Section to help us with our mental health. Because I care, I want to know how you’re doing and how you’re feeling? And then we’re just going to say what the Bible says about our feelings and thoughts.
I could preach it and teach it to you; write books about how to deal with your mental health.
But I want you to speak what the Bible says about your thoughts and feelings. We’re going to be training, rehearsing, and reminding ourselves. Romans 10:17 says faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. I want you to “hear yourself “speak. Empowerment is the key. I believe it will help with our mental health.
