But I would like to encourage you to use wisdom and discernment, before you go. Pray before you go; ask Holy Spirit to show you “who to pray with. As I write this to you; SECURITY OFFICERS are being used to “detect and deter Christians from spreading the gospel in PUBLIC spaces. Right now, STREET PREACHERS are “strongly being discouraged to stop using their microphones to preach on the streets.
I thought of an idea. I would like you to try something. Instead of coming in as a LOUD-MOUTH PREACHER. How about coming in as a MISSIONARY EVANGELIST.
A missionary evangelist performs both functions, engaging in evangelistic activities as part of their broader missionary work.
Purpose: The purpose is to win people to Jesus and promote the Great Commission in areas where the gospel may not be well-established.
Activities: This role can involve preaching, teaching, discipleship, cultural adaptation, and community development.
Meaning, a Missionary Evangelist lives and work in the community.
For example, I wanted to reach a certain neighborhood for Christ. So, I got a job working in the neighborhood. I wanted the community to get to know me; my character, my work ethics, etc. Before I open my big mouth or make a “loud whisper, smile😇. At first, they were suspicious of me. Rightly so! Stranger Danger! It took over a year of consistency and faithfulness. But I believe I’m starting to wear them down. Slowly, but surely, they’re starting to open up to me. That’s what I mean by a Missionary Evangelist. I didn’t have to say much. And I didn’t have to go far. I got a job in the next city near me. And I got to work, physically and spiritually. Sowing seeds of the word of God, here and there; this person and that person. Believing by FAITH in God that I will reap a harvest. Paul sowed…1 Corinthians 3:6-8.
So today, I would like to encourage you to…
