My Story
๐โค๏ธ๐๐I prayed about your question, and now here is my response.
Karen’s story, Ya’ll know my story…
It killed me having to choose obedience over my former boyfriend. But I knew if I wanted to grow with God, I had to let go of “my will for God’s will”.
There is a COST TO DISCIPLESHIP
1. Men eventually will show you their true nature. For the past 3 years, what you’ve seen is his representative, but what you’re fixing to see now is…
“who he really is.”
2. You’re seeing now, whether he will be a disciple for Christ, follow Jesus, or go his own way and do his own thing; Luke 14:25-33.
He’s also seeing who you wish to follow; him or God!
3. Do you have the courage to let him go; Luke 18:28-30? ๐ชEmotionally, it is going to be very hard having to go on this journey; do you think you can handle being alone!
Don’t be discouraged. When you come through this, you, too, will have a fancy story to tell and some fancy oil…anointing.
Jesus went on His fancy journey too; Luke 22:42-44…the crossโ๏ธand when it was all over, He received a fancy title…Savior.
Philippians 4:13 says that you can do all things through Christ, who strengthens you.
